Unni Krishnan Koroth leads the executive team for achieving the vision and mission of Foradian. Unni wants to see Foradian as a pioneer in defining the future of education through innovative EdTech solutions like Fedena.

Arvind leads the engineering and product development team at Foradian with focus on simplifying the workload of educators and automating the systems and processes of educational institutions around the world.

Vishwajith leads the Uzity sales and partnerships team at Foradian. Vishwajith focuses on new market strategy and business for Uzity. He also leads the HR & Administration at Foradian with focus on providing the best in class work environment.

Neel leads the accounting & legal teams to manage the financial affairs of Foradian. Neel has vast and diverse experience with business turnaround, financial consulting and venture capital. Worked for early-stage startups as well as well established multinational corporation.

Deepak has been at the helm of sales & operations in all 27 years of professional life. His vast experience and skills are in strategizing, productization, developing sales organization selling technology products in B2B space. At Foradian, Deepak is leading the initiatives to setup and scale a predictable revenue engine.

Ismathullah Aman leads the Fedena engineering team in a continuous and conscious effort to evolve Fedena to its full potential. He also keeps polishing the engineering process while nurturing a passionate and consistent team.

Sharath Krishnan leads the global sales and partner relationship at Foradian. Sharath focuses on building successful, long-term relationship with partners across the globe for Fedena implementation in their geography.

Abdulla Hisham led the operations and business development team for achieving Foradian’s vision and mission before moving to non-executive director role in 2016. Hisham is an engineering graduate and worked at Sibca Electronics as a control systems and automation engineer before co-founding Foradian. Hisham wants to see Fedena becoming a global edtech framework and servicing all the education institutions around the world, the number one school management information system.

Abdul Salam led the financial planning and accounting team at Foradian before moving to non-executive director role in 2016. Salam holds an MBA in finance and was pursuing research in security analysis before co-founding Foradian. Salam has the dream to see Foradian and its products playing a crucial role in promoting quality education globally.

Angela De Giacomo has been managing Mr Bissell’s family office since early 2013 and has also represents Mr Bissell on Foradian’s Board since April 2014. In addition to that she works with many other startups in India for example Juggernaut and StalkBuyLove in Delhi, Crayon Data and Webware.io in South India. Before joining as a board member of several startups based in India and Singapore, Angela spent seven years of her professional life working with KPMG (M&A Tax).

Arun Raveendran led the Fedena Enterprise division at Foradian in acquiring and servicing enterprise marquee customers of Fedena before moving to non-executive director role in 2016. Arun holds an MBA and worked at HDFC Bank and HSBC Bank as a Relationship Manager before co-founding Foradian. For Arun, the aim is to make Foradian products synonymous to quality education, just as Google is to search.

As the CTO of Foradian, Arvind is dedicated in making Fedena the best school management information system. Arvind is an engineering graduate and worked at IBS Software Services as a Software Engineer before co-founding Foradian.

As the CEO of Foradian, Unni is exploring and executing strategies to organize the global EdTech market. Unni is an engineering graduate and worked at Idea Cellular Ltd, India as an Assistant Manager in network operations before co-founding Foradian.

​As the chief operating officer of Foradian, Vishwajith focuses on new market strategy and business for Uzity. He also leads the HR & Administration at Foradian with focus on providing the best in class work environment. Vishwajith is an engineering graduate and worked at Infosys Ltd as a Senior Software Engineer before co-founding Foradian.​

William Bissell is the managing director of FabIndia. Fabindia is India's largest private platform for products that are made from traditional techniques, skills and hand-based processes. Over three decades, Bissell grew Fabindia from just two retail locations in Delhi to over 117 stores. Bissell added a non-textile range in 2000 and organic foods in 2004, personal care products in 2006 and handcrafted jewellery in 2008. He is also known as an author, thought leader and an angel investor. He invested $2mm in Foradian in 2014.

Yaron Valler is the General Partner at Target Global a private equity and venture capital firm focuses primarily on fast-growing digital-enabled B2C and B2 SMB companies in e-Commerce, FinTech, travel, software, and mobile. Prior to Target Global, Yaron managed Hasso Plattner Ventures a Berlin-based technology fund started by Hasso Plattner, the founder and chairman of SAP. Formerly Yaron led the enterprise software practice at Giza Venture Capital, was an early stage investor at the Technion Incubator, and a co-founder and VP of business development at Excedo Technologies. Yaron holds an MBA from INSEAD in France and a B.Sc. in Information Systems Engineering from Ben-Gurion University in Israel.

Srikanth was most recently the CEO at Pearson India. Previously, he co-founded Edurite Technologies, a leading e-content provider in the education space. Under Srikanth’s leadership, Edurite grew by leaps and bounds and was lead to an acquisition by TutorVista; a global online tutoring company, and further acquisition by Pearson in 2011. Srikanth Iyer is now a venture partner in Unitus Seed Fund and is focusing on capitalizing the growing opportunities in the affordable education space in India. He is also the co-founder & CEO of HomeLane - a new age Interior design firm.

With over 30 years of specialised experience in structuring of joint ventures, foreign collaborations and devising entry strategies, Vikas Vig has expert knowledge of the regulatory framework in India pertaining to foreign inward investment and local taxation, audit and accounting practices. He serves as a director on the board of many multinational companies doing business in India.

Angela De Giacomo has been managing Mr Bissell’s family office since early 2013 and has also represented Mr Bissell on Foradian’s Board since April 2014. Prior to that, she worked as a Manager in the M&A tax practice of KPMG in Frankfurt, Germany. She holds a master's degree in Economics from Baden-Wuerttemberg State University, and is a member of the Chamber for certified tax advisors in Germany (“Steuerberater”) since 2009.
